Our car ran into a transmission issue on our way up from Phoenix. ASCOT was super great and got us back on the road quickly. Very appreciative of their professional and timely work. They were also super great with our kids!!!

They were great! They got me in the very next day, fix my AC on my 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500. They found issues I don’t think either shops were found. Also had a few other things done. The front desk person I believe his name was Robert was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very. Courteous. I live in Sun City West. I would think I might even drive back up there and ensure my vehicle is being taken care of properly if I had any issues.

Ascot Auto and transmission did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Not only did they do an excellent job on the A/C repair I originally asked for, they also checked other vitals, particularly the transmission fluid I've been procrastinating about getting changed. I let the fluid go for too long, was pretty black from the clutch pads. They inspected it and reported to me it's condition. Me Knowing that I have been neglecting to have it changed for some time, it became obvious that I should have done it sooner. No big deal to Ascot, they tied it into the original repair without delay. Had it done in no time. Their friendliness, hospitality, knowledge & price of repair made the transaction easy. I paid less than original quoted! It feels like a new truck, it's running like it should. It's nice to have some home town guys looking out for the rest of us hometowners. Thank you Ascot. You earned a repeat customer.

We were traveling through flagstaff on our way to Durango and we started having an issue with our Ram promaster van just outside of flagstaff.we turned around and stayed in flagstaff being it was Sunday. We found Ascot online and went there Monday morning. Robert was fantastic, they took our van in, diagnosed the issue(thermostat) in a timely manner, called us and explained the issue and said he had to order the parts. He said that the parts would be in the next morning sometime and the van should be ready in the middle of afternoon. Tuesday morning about 11 the van was done and got us back on the road. Great communication, very informative, and very kind. If you need any kind of maintenance on your vehicle whether you’re passing through or live in flagstaff this is the place. Thanks so much Ascot for taking good care of us.

Outstanding service when I needed it most I brought my Ford Escape to Ascot Automotive & Transmission while I was on a holiday trip away from home (Phoenix) and dealing with a stressful transmission failure. From the first call, Robert was genuinely empathetic and compassionate, not the typical “cut-throat business” vibe you sometimes run into when you’re stuck out of town and vulnerable. He took the time to explain things clearly, helped me understand my options, and made sure I felt supported through the process. The whole experience felt honest, professional, and truly value-for-money, especially given the situation I was in. If you want a shop that treats you like a person and not just a repair ticket, I highly recommend Ascot. Thanks again, Robert.
